Special Screening of Hal the 37th Annual Japanese Festival in St. Louis MO.
Every Labor day weekend in St. Louis you can count on two things. It will still be hot with a chance for thunderstorms and the Japanese Festival. This year Funimation was kind enough to allow the Festival to screen the new release Hal. For those of you that have not seen it yet, it is a must. For the 300+ on Saturday August 30th it was a real treat. The auditorium was almost to capacity and the crowd was not disappointed. There was a hushed silence for the entire performance and a grand round of applause when the film was over.
I’m sure that the audience was very glad they came and are now looking to pick up their own copies of this wonderful.
